Q: I cannot log in. It is asking me for my email address and password but I don’t have either of them. How can I make a purchase?
A: You do not need a member ID or email address to order from the NSHSS e-store. You can order as a guest if you prefer.
Q: How can I make a purchase without using my credit card online?
A: PayPal is an option for orders placed through the estore. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please place your order through the e-store, choose the check/money order option under Payment Information and print a copy of the order. Then you will need to send in your check or money order with the printed copy of your order, and we will release the merchandise once your check clears. Once your check is received, it may take up to 10 days for your merchandise to ship. You can also place an order and mail in a check or money order with your confirmation card received in your mailed invitation.
Q: I'm not a member, can I purchase something from your store?
A: NSHSS merchandise and spirit wear is for our members, their parents, and our educators. If you meet the criteria for membership and would like to join, please click here for a teacher nomination form.
Q: How long does it take for my item to be shipped?
A: All online e-store orders are processed and shipped and should arrive within 15 business days of online purchase. You will receive an email (at the email you provided when you joined) with a tracking number provided by the United States Post Office (USPS). You can track your merchandise at USPS.com. You can also find a link to your tracking information on your Member Dashboard.
Q: What if an item is not included in the package I received?
A: An item may be placed on back order due to a high volume of orders. If an item is on back order, you will receive a notice in your package. We will ship it to you as quickly as we can. Should you prefer to choose a different item of the same price or a different size of the same item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the item you would like to replace or call our Member Services team toll free at (866) 343-1800 to update your order.
Q: I received my member kit, but didn’t receive the merchandise I ordered?
A: We make every attempt to send your member kit with your merchandise order. Please check the box carefully. However, larger merchandise items are often shipped separately, but should arrive within days of the member kit. You should have received an email verification of your shipment and can track your merchandise at USPS.com. You can also find a link to your tracking information on your Member Dashboard.
