Q: I cannot log in.  It is asking me for my email address and password but I don’t have either of them, how can I make a purchase?

A: Please call us at 866-343-1800 Monday-Friday from 9:00am–6:00pm to update your profile.

Q: How can I make a purchase without using my credit card online?

A: Customers can call us Monday-Friday from 9:00am–6:00pm (EST) at (866) 343-1800 (toll free). You can also mail in a check or money order with your confirmation card. 

Q: I'm not a member, can I purchase something from your store?

A: NSHSS merchandise and spirit wear is for our members, their parents and our educators.

Q: How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

A: Orders are shipped within one week of purchase via USPS.  The shipment should arrive within 5-10 business days after it has been shipped. 

Q: I received my membership kit, where is the merchandise I also ordered?

A: You will receive both at the same time since your merchandise is shipped with your kit.  Larger merchandise items are shipped separately, but should arrive within days of the member kit.
