Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order! All online e-store orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Georgia and should arrive within 10 business days of online purchase. You will receive an email (at the email you provided when you ordered) with a tracking number. You can track your merchandise at www.USPS.com. You can also find a link to your order number and tracking information on your Member Dashboard.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Options:

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. Most domestic packages are then delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on distance. Packages ship from Georgia.

Typical Delivery Times by Distance

• Local (same region): 2–3 business days

• Regional (nearby states): 3–4 business days

• Cross-country (coast-to-coast): 5–7 business days 

Priority orders are typically processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. Most domestic packages are then delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on distance, origin, and destination.

Expedited orders are typically processed and shipped on the next business day after the order is placed. Most packages are then delivered within 3 business days after shipping. Please note that we do not offer overnight shipping. If you select Expedited Shipping at checkout, your order will be prioritized for faster processing and shipped via USPS.
